Obviously, you don't want to take every single device for a ride, so we can help you narrow your selection down. Not everyone needs 4-wheel drive or a luxury interior to get the job down, so knowing what you need and don't need, is half the battle.

If you plan on upgrading your device and migrating to the next gen model, then often times, this is not necessary. In the event you have software or infrastructure changes and want to be certain your new purchasing is going to function properly, then we can offer a trial purchase option. If you have changes in your operational procedures or new use cases, then it can often be beneficial to test a new scan engine or larger printer, for example.

We try to have plenty of the latest and greatest products available to demo, especially when it comes to handhelds, tablets and scanners, however, it depends on the configuration of the device and the current availability. Just like checking out a library book, we encourage customers to return them within a couple weeks, but that doesn't always go as planned. In any event, we usual can have a product available on relatively short order. With regards to printers, we usually only demo these on a case by case basis. In most cases, thorough testing with these is not required and there's not as many issues that can arise, compared to mobile devices.
